About the role
We're looking for an AI Video Specialist to create high-quality AI-generated video advertisements for TwinklingTree's battery-powered decorative lighting products.
What You'll Do:
- Create AI-generated product video ads using tools like GPT Image, Kling, Seedream, and Nano Banana Pro
- Develop compelling storyboards and scripts for product advertisements
- Generate, edit, and refine AI video content in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
- Produce scroll-stopping short-form video content for social media platforms
- Iterate on video concepts based on performance data and feedback
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content
What You Bring:
- Experience with AI video generation tools (Kling, Runway, Seedream, etc.)
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve)
- Understanding of social media advertising and what makes content perform
- Eye for detail in product videography and visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have: • Experience creating UGC-style content • Background in e-commerce product advertising • Photography/videography experience • Familiarity with Meta Ad Library and ad performance metrics
Compensation:
- ₱100,000 – ₱140,000 PHP/month • Remote position • Full-time role with growth opportunities

- Prior experience at a small ecommerce or consumer-product team.
- Experience building in public or running a side project.
- Comfort using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Linear AI, etc.) as daily drivers.
